As the Spa Manager for the Kohler Garden Spa, you will be responsible for:

•Providing leadership for the Kohler Garden Spa therapists. Overseeing the hiring, training, evaluation and discipline of Spa and Finishing Spa staff. • Overseeing continual education and training programs for technician positions to maximize performance and maintain high customer service standards. Overseeing adherence of education requirements for technicians. • Responsible for menu development, introduction and training of new spa services. Ensuring the emphasis of water therapy remains priority. Developing an awareness of changing trends in the spa industry, our competitors and markets. Developing ways to incorporate these trends into the Kohler Garden Spa offerings. • Working with coordinators to ensure efficient use of labor. Maintaining salaries & wages within approved budget. Setting standards and performance goals for associates. Monitoring administrative hours, commissions and hours worked to ensure both profitability and high customer service levels. • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data. Evaluating sales figures and expenses to reach maximum profitability. Recommending and implementing procedures to increase sales and decrease expenses within the spa and finishing spa departments.

•Communicating and work with Central Reservations Team, Spa Front Desk Team and Spa • Supporting education and on-going training of hotel guest services staff - specifically Central Reservations Team, concierge and front desk staff. • Developing and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Responding to all customer service complaints relative to Operations. Ensuring response time is quick and the issue is brought to resolution. Following up with staff on any changes that need to be made as a result of the complaint. • Responsible for the development of seasonal promotions, advertising and programs that includes an annual planning calendar and targeted profitability.

Skills/Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required. If a qualified candidate possess all skills with the exception of a degree, must be willing to work towards a degree prior to accepting the role. •Minimum of five years experience in a combination of business or project management, retail sales, special programs, financial planning. •Must possess prior supervisory experience and ability to interact positively with a multitude of personalities. •Strong organizational and leadership skills required.

The Lead is responsible for development and implementation of related training programs and SOP's ensuring the highest quality service for all guests. Leads assume administrative duties of 8 hours per week, Leads report directly to the Spa Manager. As the Spa Lead, you will be responsible for: • Serving as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time. • Supervising department staff – this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication. • Assisting in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation. • When providing services, operate at or above Spa Therapist V expectations. • Ensuring all Spa Therapists are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles. • Serving on the Operations Team and participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities. Skills and Requirements: • Minimum of a high school diploma supplemented with a Massage or Esthetics license required • Minimum of 5 years industry experience • Prior Supervisory experience preferred • Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse associate and guest profiles • Strong organizational skills and computer skills required

As the Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for: • Receiving all food and supplies for the restaurant. Verifies counts, weights, and cost of all items. • Providing initial quality control check by visually inspecting produce, meat, poultry, and other perishable items to ensure that they meet established quality standards and specifications. • Verifying that items received correspond with items ordered and invoiced. • To take monthly inventory of food products in the receiving storage areas, as well as all inventoried paper supplies. • Ensuring, through direction, that all soda vending machines in the front of house, as well as the back of house, are full at all times. Records the actual amount of soda used and is responsible for the deposit of all money from these machines. • Responsible for cleanliness of all receiving areas. • Responsible for all items shipped out UPS or Fed Ex, to insure all items are packaged properly. Have all needed paperwork, billing information and meet all pick-up times. Also receive all UPS and FedEx, deliver to proper location and log for daily records. • Assembling the boxes that are needed for shipments. The shipping information is double checked for the preparation of shipping labels. The clerk will package the items to be shipped out. • Inspecting each package for correct items, damaged items and relay any information to Restaurant Manager. • Examining outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. • Contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Skills and Requirements: • High School Diploma • Requires strong verbal communication skills, effective organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The Sr. HR Generalist, Lodge Kohler is the on-site leader who is responsible for all human resources functions of the property. The position leads all aspects of recruitment, training, and the associate life-cycle of employment. He/she partners with the business managers align organizational goals and HR practices. In addition, the position works closely with business managers toward the goal of making Lodge Kohler a desired place of employment and a preferred employer in the community.

Skills/Requirements

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

•Bachelor degree in HR or related field required.

•SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

•Minimum 5-7 years in an HR Generalist role with at least 2 years high level business partner experience preferred. Experience preferably in Hospitality or similar industry.

•Strong desire and ability to integrate HR within the total hotel operation, functioning as a partner and resource for associates and managers.

•Ability to work autonomously, using independent judgement and discretion.

•Strong coaching skills required.

•Ability to observe associates in the work place, analyze operations and detect situations of concern with regard to areas such as associate performance, grooming, training, policy adherence and morale.

•Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to manage multiple assignments in a rapidly changing environment.

•Detail oriented and the ability to maintain composure under pressure; professional and positive attitude.

•Knowledge of a variety of internet recruiting techniques.

•Previous experience with SAP preferred.

•Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.
